The Order Process

To place an order, customers are required to provide the wallpaper/design details, required dimensions, and any additional customization requirements. After receiving the requirements, WallKalakar will provide a proof/design preview and quotation via email or WhatsApp. Orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of payment.

Payment

We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and supported digital wallets.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of payment, provided customization or production has not already started. Customized products, including custom-sized wallpapers and personalized designs, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.

Products with defects attributable to WallKalakar may be eligible for replacement after inspection and approval.

Production & Delivery

We make every effort to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on customization, production requirements, location, and courier services.

Orders are securely packaged before dispatch. WallKalakar uses third-party courier services and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality & Inspection

Please inspect the wallpaper carefully before installation. Any visible defect, damage, incorrect printing, or other issue must be reported to WallKalakar before the product is installed.

Once the wallpaper has been cut, altered, installed, or used, claims relating to visible defects may not be accepted. Installation or hanging costs will not be refundable.

WallKalakar is not responsible for damage caused by wall seepage, dampness, improper wall preparation, chemicals, incorrect installation, or external factors.

Minor colour variations may occur between the digital preview and the final printed product due to differences in screens, monitors, printing processes, and materials. Where accurate colour matching is important, we recommend requesting a physical sample before placing the final order.
